(19 March 2020) Hovertravel has announced some temporary changes to its usual terms and conditions to help customers at this challenging time.
Loretta Lale, Head of Commercial at Hovertravel, explains: “We fully appreciate that customers’ plans are subject to change, due to the current rapidly developing situation and we have updated our policies to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer with the opportunity to re-book their travel to a later date, without penalty.”
Hovertravel has a dedicated page on its website, with a simple online form which customers can complete to either re-book or alternatively to keep their booking open until they wish to confirm their new date of travel.
