(9 October 2019) Hovertravel has been featured as the headline client story in Barclays’ latest marketing campaign. A stunning overhead drone shot of Hovertravel’s 12000 TD craft demonstrating its ultimate manoeuvrability is the background image for the success element of this latest burst of marketing activity.
Neil Chapman, managing director of Hovertravel, said: ”We are very proud to have been asked by Barclays to feature in their advertising campaign and the resulting creative makes a very strong statement about our craft and their capabilities. The images capture the excitement of seeing a hovercraft in action. Working with Barclays is a true partnership which has extended beyond the traditional banker/business relationship and delivers genuine added value for both of us.”
Barclays’ latest campaign showcases 23 businesses within the Success section of their marketing and alongside Hovertravel there are range of companies featured such as Shazam, Center Parcs and The Economist Group.
Neil added: “This unique transaction required a deep understanding of our business, establishing a strong partnership between Barclays and Hovertravel. By drawing on knowledge from similar sectors and their expertise in accessibility, Barclays took a holistic view of the business suggesting further enhancements to improve the customer experience.”
The Barclays campaign includes a TV advert which went live in early October and will run for four weeks and outdoor adverts running in key sites across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.
